How long do I have to return an item?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with original tags and packaging when applicable.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
No. Dunday’s Clothing Store does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. Approved refunds will be issued for the full eligible amount after inspection.
Are exchanges free?
Yes. Eligible exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery. We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item, subject to availability.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Where does Dunday’s Clothing Store ship?
We offer standard shipping within the United States and international shipping to eligible destinations.
How much does shipping cost and how long does delivery take?
U.S. standard shipping costs $3.99 and takes an estimated 4–5 business days. International standard shipping costs $5.99 and takes an estimated 7–12 business days.
When will my order be processed?
Orders require 2 business days for processing and handling. Orders placed by 5:00 PM ET begin processing the same business day, while orders placed after 5:00 PM ET begin processing on the next business day.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Cancellation Policy
How Long Do I Have to Cancel My Order?
You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours after the order is placed. Please email support@dundays.com with your order number and the name used to place the order.
Can I Cancel My Order After 6 Hours?
No. After 6 hours, your order may have entered processing or fulfillment and cannot be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return according to our Return and Refund Policy.
How Long Does a Cancellation Refund Take?
If your cancellation is approved within the 6-hour cancellation period, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
