Orders may be canceled within 6 hours after the order is placed.
Cancellation requests must be sent to support@dundays.com.
After the 6-hour cancellation period, an order may have entered processing or fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

7. Shipping
Orders require 2 business days for processing and handling.
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- United States: $3.99 shipping fee; 2 business days handling; 2–3 business days transit.
- International: $5.99 shipping fee; 2 business days handling; 5–10 business days transit.

8. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
We also offer free exchanges for eligible items.
