Lost Package Policy
If your order has not been successfully delivered within 14 days of the shipment date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
You have up to 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return or exchange. To qualify, all items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original pristine condition, and must include all original product tags attached.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
- Shipping Cost Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or size preference, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received), we will cover the return shipping cost entirely.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different Size or Color of the same item, subject to current inventory levels.
After your return passes the quality inspection (typically within 1 to 2 business days), the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
